Our Team
ADVON has assembled a team with the necessary skill sets, extensive experience, and know-how in the Mine Action area. Our personnel’s expertise covers a wide range of mine action mitigation activities. They include qualified specialist instructors on demolition training and mine action operations, well versed in International Mine Action Standards and the International Guidelines for Humanitarian Mine Action Operations. They are Fully trained as EOD operators and IEDD operators (EOD Level 3 and 3+).
Our Experiences
The team has extensive experience in mine action activities in Mozambique, Angola, DRC, Afghanistan, Western Sahara, Iraq, Somalia, Senegal, South Sudan, Libya, Turkey, and Kuwait.
Our Training
ADVON applies a systems approach to training, developing bespoke solutions to meet our client’s individual needs. We continuously re-evaluate our processes to incorporate the most recent threat information and intelligence reports. Our training programs are also enhanced with mentoring to develop experience along with ‘Train the Trainer’ initiatives. ADVON can undertake multiple projects throughout the world. Reaching across military, police and civilian sectors, our specialist database has many qualified deminers and trainers that can be called on as required.
